Robert Ginyard is a dynamic speaker, visionary entrepreneur, and the voice behind the inspiring podcast Intentionally Overheard. With a career that spans human resource training, product innovation, national media appearances, and powerful health advocacy, Robert brings a unique blend of authenticity, insight, and purpose to every stage he steps on.
Years ago, Robert identified a need among working women and created the first-of-its-kind compartmentalized tote bag, a product that gained national traction and was sold by premier retailers like Nordstrom. But his true impact extends far beyond business innovation.
A prostate cancer survivor, Robert has turned his journey into a mission. He’s testified before the U.S. Senate Appropriations Committee, led as Chair of the Board for ZERO Prostate Cancer, and launched Building Generation Health—a movement aimed at creating a healthier future for communities of color by disrupting generational cycles of disease. His work has been recognized by Cancer Health Magazine, naming him one of its Change Makers.
As a speaker, Robert is known for lighting up rooms with his warmth, energy, and powerful storytelling. He offers more than inspiration—he delivers transformation. Whether through his talks, coaching, or podcast, he helps individuals and organizations confront the questions that truly matter: Who am I, really? Why am I here? What am I supposed to do with my life?
